About the Journal

Journal of Asian Health (JAH) was founded in 2011 by Dr. Gloria Wu. In 2021, it partnered with Stanford University’s Center for Asian Health Research and Education (CARE). The journal’s mission is to contribute to the understanding of the social and medical determinants of health in Asians, in the United States and globally. JAH is a peer-reviewed journal that publishes two issues a year. Articles are open-access. Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis.
