10 easy drinks to boost your immunity!

Doctor and nutrition specialist Isaac Eliaz recommends 10 healthy (and delicious) drinks that will help boost your immunity for the flu season. Full of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals these drinks will be sure to keep you hydrated and healthy!

 

Here are some of our favorites:

1. Blueberry Chia Smoothie

  • 2 & 1/2 cups almond, coconut or rice milk
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 scoop of concentrated, non-denatured whey powder
  • 1/4 cup soaked chia seeds
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 ounce coconut kiefer
